I had just gotten out of the shower and I had a black towel on my head. Wynne says "Mom I thought you liked pink" and points at my towel. I told her that I liked lots of colors and that Jesus made all the beautiful colors so that we could enjoy them. She then said "and Jesus made pink for me". She is just like candy, I can't get enough of her.

My Birthday

Jared planned a weekend getaway for my birthday. We went to Harriman State park and went cross country skiing. It was gorgeous and warm. We had such a fun time and can't wait to go back.

Happy Birthday Wynne!

For Wynne's birthday we had the ultimate girl party with a pink cake and princesses. She was very excited that her birthday had finally arrived. For months she has been saying "my birthday is coming up". She lets everyone know that she was a baby once but now she is a big girl. She was a delight the entire day and made the day fun for everyone.

Jared had a custom bow and arrows made for Wynne. She loves it and is a pretty good shot.

Wynne has been such a blessing in our lives. She has brought so much happiness to our home. We love you baby girl.

Jared and I celebrated our 14th anniversary. I feel so blessed to have him in my life. He is a wonderful husband and father. We have been through a lot in our short 14 years. We are so grateful to our Father in Heaven for his guidance and patience as we learn to trust in him and his plan. Happy Anniversary Jared!

Christmas 2009

Merry Christmas! I hope your holiday season has been wonderful and full of the spirit of Christ. This year we had many opportunities to serve and witnessed many charitable acts. It was wonderful watching my children excited about helping others and giving of themselves. Jared did the 12 days of Christmas for me. He did some amazing and thoughtful things. I am so lucky to have him in my life. We spent Christmas at my parents. We enjoyed playing games, Christmas caroling and just being together. I am so grateful for the knowledge I have of our Heavenly Father's plan, for eternal families and the beautiful gift of the atonement. My hope is that the spirit of giving will follow me throughout this upcoming year. Thank you all for blessing my life and the lives of my family.

Jackson had a birthday and is now 11. Some days it feels like we were just taking him home from the hospital. He is such a wonderful kid and an asset to our family. He really enjoys reading and is always excited to start a new adventure. We love you Jackson and appreciate all the help and love you bring to our family.
